Most of our work starts with a problem someone cannot ignore: a corridor door that will not latch, an exit device that fails inspection, a frame that has been kicked out of square, or a hardware schedule that does not add up before tender. We measure, we specify, we supply, and we hang it — so one company answers for how the opening performs instead of two pointing at each other.

We work for property managers and facility teams keeping buildings open, general contractors who need submittals and lead times they can build around, and architects and spec writers who want the schedule reviewed line by line on the way out the door. Schools, hospitals, warehouses, retail entrances and multi-residential corridors all turn up in the same week, and the standards do not change between them.

The team is made up of installers and service technicians who came up through the trade, backed by a shop that fabricates and preps to the schedule. Every repair is tested before we leave, rated work is done with listed components and the label left intact, and barrier-free entrances get operators installed and adjusted to AODA requirements. That is the whole idea: openings that close, latch, egress and pass inspection the first time.
