Hollow metal questions
Both. Some clients take delivery of doors and frames with hardware prepped and boxed by opening; others hand us the whole scope and we install, adjust and document it.
Usually. We measure the existing profile and anchoring, and where a matching section is no longer made we fabricate a frame that fits the opening and the wall condition.
Standard hollow metal runs four to six weeks from approved submittals. Stock sizes and common configurations often ship faster.
Yes. Rated assemblies are supplied with labels and documented, and we supply and install low-energy and full-power operators for accessible entrances.
Where the frame is sound, we re-anchor, re-weld hinge preparations and re-hang. It is often faster and cheaper than a full replacement, and we will tell you when it is not.
